Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Sixteen Mile Supply ships within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Our products ship from US-based fulfillment centers. Typical delivery is 5–8 business days from the order date. The estimated delivery window for each item is stated on its product page.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can extend delivery beyond these ranges.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free within the United States unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 3–5 business days to begin updating after you receive it. This is normal and does not mean your package is lost.

Split shipments

If your order contains items from multiple warehouses, they may arrive separately and at different times. You will not be charged extra for this.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If you notice an error, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before the order ships.
